Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@greatstuffonline.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@greatstuffonline.ca so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Nelk Fullsend items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Covid-19 products and personal care items (beauty, hygiene)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order separately after your return is approved.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
